Leases are available and some Palapas (residential sites) are for sale. Rates are for two people. Extra person(s) are $3.00 per person per day.
* For weekly rates, the electricity is included.
** For monthly rates or long term stays, there is a charge for electricity used. A deposit is collected at the beginning of your stay to cover the cost of electricity. At the end of your stay, the unused portion of your deposit is returned. There is a charge for electricity used if the amount of electricity used is greater than the deposit
