Mariachi Music & Children's Folkloric Dancing
Plan ahead for a fun evening of food and entertainment at the Ke'Lindo Hotel and Restaurant. Following a dinner of BBQ Ribs, Baked Potato, Salad and Corn, the evening's entertainment will kick off with outstanding Mariachi Music and Folkloric Dancing. The dancers are from La Peņita's own Ignacio Zaragoza Kindergarten, and some of the proceeds will go towards helping the school. Tickets are available by phone: (327) 274-0983.
Dinner 6 pm. Performances: 7:30. Tickets 200 pesos. This is going to be an event to remember.

The Oaxaca Rug Artists that have been so popular in La Peņita and San Poncho are now holding a demonstration and exhibit on Friday December 22 from 2 to 5 pm. The address is #36 Flamingos, La Casa del Corazon, Guayabitos.

I have a quick question. How do I print out just the pages of the Restaurants and Maps? I wanted to print one thing out not too long ago and when I saw the publication was 27 pages, I stopped immediately! Thanks.

Printing A Section of a Document or Website
So you want to print just a section of a web site. You only need the Restaurant Listings or a specific article.
Here's how you do it.
1. Put your curser (mouse) on the beginning of the section you wish to print.
2 Hold down the SHIFT KEY and move to the end of the passage. It will be highlighted.
3. At the top of your screen, click on File.
4. Select Print.
5. In the box titled Print Range, ensure Selection is chosen.
6. Hit the Print button.

Augustine Leon traveled to San Poncho yesterday to get tests. We will attempt to get an update.
He is not well and as he is unable to work, does not have a proper diet or medications. The money collected from the community will go towards doctors, tests and medicine. We will attempt to get a treatment plan once he is properly diagnosed.
You have probably noticed Augustine Leon around La Peņita, He suffers from an unknown illness and has no funds to seek professional help from a doctors and specialists. George from the Hotel California is accepting donations and will ensure that the money goes to help Augustine get the medical treatment he needs. Odds Makers in Las Vegas are favoring age and experience over young talent in the latest betting round over the Jaltemba Bay Golf Classic scheduled for February 25th at Monteon´s famed Field of Dreams. The La Peņita Tigres led by Charlie Stone Hands Henshaw is the early pick of the odds makers.
Well known punter Jimmy the Geek said, ¨We like the look of the Henshaw team, They have talent and age...in fact they have a whole bunch of age. And when it comes to this type of game...age will be a factor.¨

February Horseshoe Tournament
On Saturday February 10th at 9am, will be the horseshoe tournament on the beach at Harry and Jeanie's house in Guayabitos - the same as the last 2 years. For all you newcomers, we will pass out information at the signup party.
EVERYONE IS WELCOME. We will be serving hamburgers, cokes, beer, booze etc.....
The proceeds of this charity event is for the schools in Rincon and La Peņita. We will post more information as the time gets closer. Hope to see you there. Don't miss out on one our funniest days of the year. February 9 & 10th.
