Letters to the Editor
Hi Dorothy, Letters to the Editor:
Editor, Soley's is closed on Mondays not Tuesdays. Kitchen Goddess Reply to: editor@ontheroadin.com Editor, My daughter who is an orchid farmer in Cawston B.C. has a large shed full of unused ginsing black cover cloth that they would like to sell. She had heard that some r.v. parks use such material in Mexico. Ever heard of such a thing? Any suggestions would-be appreciated. Muco gracious Jim Saunders reply to terrysaunders@hotmail.com Dear Friends, As I sit at the cold computer in even colder Dallas, I am thinking of all of you and our warm sunshine. I really wish the best of Holiday Seasons to all of you. Following is my Christmas and New Year greeting to you all. (That is y'all in Texan!)

Casa de Los Amigos is located north
of the old cemetery on Calle Judy Kerrigan, a self-taught artist from San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, will exhibit her paintings at Casa de Los Amigos in La Penita de Jaltemba, Mexico. Judy hails from New Orleans which was her home before moving to San Miguel de Allende ten years ago. Her interest in painting began when she took several lessons from a friend, Jeff Coffin, who is an artist in San Miguel. Beyond that she has had no formal training but has been painting for the past ten years. Her paintings have been displayed in galleries and in various shows in San Miguel including the well known Instituto de Allende, which is a campus of The Universidad de Guanajuato dedicated to the arts. Other paintings in the U.S. and Mexico are in private collections and art shops in Louisiana and Mississippi where her paintings have been well received with a wide audience. Among her most popular paintings is a series called "Mexico's White Churches" which are done in her own individual 'naive' art style for which she is well known. She will also show HER VERSION of some of the Great Masters, such as Picasso, Mattisse, Modigliani and T. Loutrec, to name a few. Her current work includes a "Beach" series which, she says is "her own favorite so far."
Restaurant Review
![]() Richardo's Pizza
Now if you
want a pizza that is an exact replica of
the original New York Pizza of the
1940's get your butt to Ric's and ask
for a large pizza made with a medium
sized dough ball, " like Bernie likes
it". Of course it has to be a meat
lovers to be authentic. Yes its slightly
pricy but you get what you pay for and
this pizza is the
BEST,
PERIOD.
Take it from one who was born and raised
there not far from where Ric is from.
Hell I even went to school in Brooklyn,
but I did shower afterwards.
