This is pretty basic camping on an open field behind a Hotel. Some have full hook-ups but look in pretty bad repair. However it is a good place to see Morelia; you can catch a bus right out front that takes you into town.
The hotel has a restaurant has a swimming pool and restaurant. The owners are actively making renovations.

From Highway 15 East towards Guadalajara, go to KM7. The Hotel is to the South.
