Field Camping behind an Unfinished Motel

KM 13 Highway 57 San Louis Potosi

Total sites: 20

Full Hookup: Water only

Unfortunately this campsite is terribly neglected. It sits behind the ˝ finished construction of a motel on the outskirts of a great city to explore. There is little security and obviously little care taken with the services or grounds. We didn’t want to leave our rig as we were the only campers/people here. The “management” asked for a fee ($12) and then offered to wash our rig ($10). We are not sure if he owned or was authorized to collect anything.

Electricity was strung out from the unfinished hotel

Directions: From Highway 45 your MUST GO NORTH towards Saltillo and take the road that parallels the highway (a lateral road) at KM 11. You will see the motel at KM 13.
