Mexico, Jul 12 (Prensa Latina) Mexican opposition Party of Democratic Revolution (PRD) is organizing the referendum on the PEMEX state oil company to be held July 27.

The two questions citizens will be answering, prepared by an experts committee of university professors, will be ready today.

The same procedure will be applied to Zacatecas, Michoacan, Guerrero, Baja California Sur, Chiapas and 14 municipalities of Mexico State in two upcoming stages.

Jose Avila, Federal District government official, informed conditions are ready for the vote of confidence and the call will be ready in some 48 hours.

National Action Party senators oppose the plebiscite promoted by the Progressive Front, made up of the PRD and the Work and Convergence parties.

PRD coordinator in the Higher Chamber Camacho Solis wondered why popular will is questioned and said the Senate should lead the referendum support, given this is a parliamentary practice that benefits society.
