We have heard stories that this park will be closed soon, they are waiting for building permits to build a condo.

This is a great place to enjoy the resort city of Mazatlan. It is a good central point to walk to any major restaurant or resort in the city.

The campgrounds are central, fenced and secure. Although at times - Christmas - it may be somewhat full and tight, the camping community makes things work as if a permanent community. Join in or not.

There is good shopping near by. A walk or a short drive ensures you are well stocked at a Gigante or Sam's Club.
