This is a great little place if you can get a spot. Sometimes that is difficult during the main season.

The RV Park is very north of all Mazatlan's action. It is quiet and peaceful. If you want the shopping or the nightlife every now and again, busses will take you right downtown just outside the compound.

There is interesting gardens and quirky decor...Some spots have lots of shade while others have none. We strongly recommend this place. Campers love it.

Highway 15 take exit at KM 7 to Mazatlan North Playas. Drive approximately 1 KM until you reach the end. Turn Right (South) on AV Sabalo Cerritos approximately 1/2 a KM. On your Right.
