Extra vehicles like utility trailers are not
permitted. Oversized vehicles are restricted to some sites, availability
for such units should be checked previous to arrival time.
High Season Rates are not available
at this time. They do offer five different rates and discounts to long term
renters ( 3 Months or longer).

This is a very popular spot in Mazatlan because it sit right on the water.
The facilities are clean and the park is gated - even the front has a wire fence
- so you can see through but still available for security.
The Mar Rosa is located in the
Golden Zone of Mazatlan, across the Tourism Bureau Office. It has one
of the best beaches in Mazatlan, close to golf courses, marina, tennis
courts, shopping, movie theatres, banks, restaurants, bars, night clubs,
internet cafe and major Hospitals. The bus stop is right by the gate.
