This is a very popular spot in Mazatlan because it sit right on the water. The facilities are clean and the park is gated - even the front has a wire fence - so you can see through but still available for security.

The Mar Rosa is located in the Golden Zone of Mazatlan, across the Tourism Bureau Office.  It has one of the best beaches in Mazatlan, close to golf courses, marina, tennis courts, shopping, movie theatres, banks, restaurants, bars, night clubs, internet cafe and major Hospitals. The bus stop is right by the gate.

Highway 15 take exit at KM 7 to Mazatlan North Playas. Drive approximately  KM . Turn Right (South) on AV Sabalo Cerritos approximately 8 + kms and the Mar Rosa is on your right.
