This is a very large site that has needed some TLC for some time. Last visit the owners were giving the place a new lease on life and putting lots of energy into fixing up this spot. However they were doing this the time before that. Campers have complained about cleanliness. It may be the only place available when the rest of Mazatlan's RV Parks are full.

The place fronts on the beach but no RV sees a view as it is blocked by a run down / inoperable motel. The RV's are parked across the road in the Coconut grove. Lots of shade!Playa Escondida
