Jalisco Mexico RV and Camping

New RV Park Michoacán Mexico

Hello,

My husband and I are building a new RV Resort in Michoacan, Mexico and
would like to know how to be listed on your very fine site. We are
calling it Rancho Buganvilias, and it is a beachfront RV Resort. We
have 8.5 acres wide of beachfront and a hill with another 8.5 acres. It
is located in a beautiful coconut grove with a lot of space and
beautiful breezes. We are also sitting on a very nice flat walking
beach, about 8 kms long. We are "fencing" each site with tropical
plants and flowers for some privacy as well as natural beauty.

We are still in the building phase but our grand opening is October 1,
2007 with 60 sites. All with full hook ups. 30 amps. Most sites are 8
mt. x 16 mt. (24 ft x 48 ft.). We also will have some larger sites that
are 8 mt. x 24 mt. (24 ft x 72 ft.). We are planning on having high
speed wireless internet but if that comes in late, La Placita, the town
just 5 minutes north of us has two internet cafes. We are planning
showers and restrooms as well as a restaurant/small grocery store. We
will eventually have somewhere in the neighborhood of 150 sites when
the park is complete.

We are located just off  Route 200, the Playa Azul to Manzanillo
stretch at KM 196. We have a wide pull-off area so it should be very
easy for RVers to negotiate. Then you would continue down the road (a
nice and firm dirt road) 1 KM make a right and another immediate left
you are there. There will be good signage to show the way. We are
located about 3 hours south of Melaque/Barra de Navidad and two hours
south of Manzanillo in the state of Michoacan just south of the
Colima/Michoacán border and just 5 minutes past La Placita.

The closest large town is Tecoman. Located 45 minutes north of us and
has a Bodega (Walmart) and Mercado Soriana. Both stores carry beautiful
meats, cheeses and all kinds of canned goods. It is a good place to
stock up on supplies.

Telephone: (011-52) 313-327-8101 Intl. (01-313) 327-8101 in Mexico.

Monthly $400 US
Long Term $350 US (long term is 4 months or longer)

Please let us know if you need any other information and how we can be
apart of your site.

Thanks very much.
