Welcome to Stone Island!

Stone Island RV Park is a uniquely affordable place to spend your holiday or winter retreat. Located just below the Tropic of Cancer, temperatures are ideal and are not as hot and humid as points further down the coast. From November to May, daytime temperatures average 74F. Leave your winter clothes at home. Temperatures here at the seaside have never dropped below 50F!

Stone Island, or "Isla de la Piedra," is located at the south end of the city of Mazatlan, Mexico, across its world famous harbor. It is a small oceanside community where everyone knows each other. Farmers go about their daily routine in a coconut plantation and fishermen harvest the bounty of the ocean.

Bigger is not always better! Our idyllic RV Park has 19 sites located right on the ocean. The Park engenders a sense of peace, tranquility and community away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is part of the Island community with a fine textured sand beach that stretches largely undeveloped as far as the eye can see.

Because Stone Island is actually a peninsula in the Pacific Ocean it can be reached by road, 15 miles from Mazatlan. Shopping in Mazatlan and the fish market is a mere 10-minute ride by water taxi.

Whether you have a reservation or just want to come to our RV Park we prefer you to call ahead of time to advise us of your plans. We will arrange a personal guide who will take you to Stone Island.
