Paved spaces, some limited shade, store, very close to Isla Mujeres ferry. Closest campsite to Cancun.

Clean and basic. There is super mini at the gate. The nearby beach is lacking.

Directions: Highway 180 NE (past Highway 307) Past the ferry to Isla Mujeres towards Punta Sam. Topes galore getting there.
