Roca Azul Club

Roca Azul Club was a luxury resort and sports park, opened forty years ago, on the Western shores of beautiful Lake Chapala.

The Club grounds are magnificent, with fully grown shade trees, impressive landscaping, shaded paved walks, benches, fountains, shaded picnic areas with brick BBQ’s, and a huge children’s playground.

There are two basketball courts; two concrete volley-ball courts, a sand volleyball court, a tennis court, and two futbol (soccer) fields.

Rocaazul7There is a concrete wall and sidewalk along the lake shore, leading to a lighthouse.

There are two swimming pools, with showers and change rooms. The larger pool has a sauna available on week-ends.

There is a large clubhouse with a snack bar. For a small fee, you can use the billiard or the pool table, as well as table football (futbolito)
